software may be returned within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

may be returned for exchange only within ten (10) days of the invoice date.

| Return merchandise
must be in the original box or package with all accessories and manuals
in saleable condition. |
| Defective
software will be replaced with a working copy of the same title, subject
to availability. |
| Refunds for
merchandise purchased by a credit card will be made only by credit card
issued to the original card. The original credit card is required. |

returns ond software. All defective Items will be exchanged for the
same title within the 30 days of purchase. |
| Management
reserves the right to restrict returns to und or defective products
at its discretion. |
